Artwork of a "special type" of card; dropped by "Enhanced" enemies. it is purposefully made to resemble a milkshake recipient. the dark aura around it kinda makes the point known, this is no "strawberry smoothie". also, easter eggs of other cards + glitched board state (Lucocytes) on the side panels.
