How about we call it »AI debt«?

A situation in which AI/LLMs are used to produce something quickly but sloppy - then lots of human work is needed to fix the bugs, clean it up, improve the quality etc.

In journalism, a really good human-made fact-checking process can potentially take longer than researching and writing the original story. When done thoroughly, every claim is scrutinized.

That of course is so expensive few can afford it.
